The Trumbull County Sheriff’s Office will no longer be conducting in-person mortgage foreclosures under house bill 390, Real Auction has been contracted as the official public sheriff sale website. The process and procedures under which these sales will be completed are detailed on our Real Auction’s website which will be up and running on August 29th, 2022. All prospective bidders should familiarize themselves with this new process they even offer training for bidders on their site.
CHANGES WILL NOT AFFECT TAX SALES THEY WILL STILL BE HELD IN PERSON.
Sheriff's Office will no longer accept cash. We only accept certified bank checks made payable to the Trumbull County Sheriff's Office.
