The Public Safety Training Campus (PSTC) is brought to you by the Ohio Department of Public Safety. The purpose of the PSTC is to provide training opportunities and professional development for professionals working for affiliated personnel in the state of Ohio.
The National Weather Service in Cleveland conducts several Skywarn™ weather spotter training classes each spring. The classes are held March through May each year.
To become a Skywarn™ spotter, you must attend one of these training sessions. No pre-registration is necessary, just show up at the training. You will be enrolled in the Skywarn™ program at the training class. You will be issued a spotter number and given spotter information.
