Natural Gas Program
Please note the following update regarding the Trumbull County Natural Gas Aggregation Program.
The Commissioners’ Office has only limited data as listed below:
Term: Beginning April 1, 2026 (for billing purposes) through March 1, 2029.
Vendor Name: AEP
Rate: 4.919 per MCF
The following townships are NOT included in the Trumbull County Natural Gas Aggregation Program:
- Howland Township
- Hubbard Township
- Liberty Township
- Newton Township
No cities or villages in Trumbull County are included in the County natural gas aggregation program.

Electric Program
Brookfield Township and Liberty Township are the only townships not included in the program. No cities or villages in Trumbull County are included in the program.
Trumbull County has entered into an electric aggregation program with Dynegy for eligible customers. The new contract rate is 10.14 cents/kWh for the term of June 2026 through December 2027 for both residential and commercial customers.
