Please note the following update regarding the Trumbull County Natural Gas Aggregation Program.
The Commissioners’ Office has only limited data as listed below:
Term: Beginning April 1, 2026 (for billing purposes) through March 1, 2029.

Rate: 4.919 per MCF
The following communities are NOT included in the Trumbull County Natural Gas Aggregation Program:
- City of Niles
- City of Warren
- Howland Township
- Hubbard Township
- Liberty Township
- Newton Township
- Village of Lordstown
- All other incorporated areas inside the County Boundary Lines

Electric Program
For Participating Townships (Not participating is the City of Warren, Village of Lordstown, City of Niles and Brookfield and Liberty Townships)
For Participating Townships (Not participating is the City of Warren, Village of Lordstown, City of Niles and Brookfield and Liberty Townships) The County has entered into an electric aggregation program with Dynegy for the term of March 2025 to May 2026. Eligible customers are automatically enrolled in the program unless they recently moved into their home. This is no early termination fee. Commercial accounts with annual usage 700,000 kWh per year can call Buckeye Energy Brokers at (866) 302-2237 for a discount analysis. For enrollment information, contact Dynegy at (888) 682-2170.
