Levy Services...


See Service Provider Tab for access to agencies of service contact information including phone numbers and websites. Individuals interested in services may call the agencies directly to initiate service or can call the Senior Levy Administrator directly for guidance.

Adult Day Care
A secure environment for frail older adults who need some supervision during the day, including lunch and transportation.


Chore Services
Outdoor Lawn Cutting and Snow Removal.


Home Delivered Meals
Provides one meal per day to individuals who are unable to prepare their own meals.


Personal Care/Homemaker
Provides basic health maintenance activities, personal hygiene assistance, or help with household tasks.


Protective Services
Assists elderly and dependent adults who are functionally impaired, unable to meet their own needs, and may be at risk or victims of abuse, neglect or exploitation.


Transportation
In-County Transportation, Out-County Medical Only up to 30 miles.  Medical trips - $2.00 each way, Non-medical - $2.00 each way.

In-County Non-Medical transportation up to 12 miles $2 each way.


Senior Community Services
Through a network of senior and community centers in the county, lives are enriched through various services including information and referrals, prescription assistance, social and recreational activities, and health and wellness programs. Each Community Center has unique programs that fit their community needs.
