On February 11, 2026, the Trumbull County Commissioners adopted an updated TRUMBULL COUNTY ENGINEER’S DRAINAGE AND STORMWATER MANAGEMENT AND TRUMBULL COUNTY SOIL & WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN MANUAL (PDF, opens in new window). The manual has been updated to reflect the Water Quality Volume as required by the OhioEPA and to better define the roles of the Engineer’s office and the Trumbull County Soil & Water Conservation District with respect to submissions and approvals.
