Trumbull County Engineer's Office advises that Educational Highway (Ch 1321) in Champion Township will be closed beginning Tuesday, September 8, 2026, through Thursday, November 5, 2026. The closure is necessaiy for the Champion No.23 Bridge Replacement Project. Please follow all posted detour signs and allow additional travel time. Trumbull County Highway Engineers appreciate the public's patience and cooperation throughout this important project.
