21(F) Recording of Oral Arguments. Oral arguments before a three-judge panel of this court may be recorded by means of this court’s digital recording devices. One may obtain a copy of the recording by making a written request or sending an email to the Deputy Administrator. A digital copy will be provided; however, if a digital copy cannot be transmitted electronically, then a blank compact disc and a self-addressed stamped envelope will be required.
