he Trumbull County Sanitary Engineer building was built in 2000 with the vision of combining the
Administration, Engineering, and Billing departments under one roof in a building that was centrally located within the Trumbull County Water
Districts. With this in mind the building is now located in Vienna, Ohio.
Prior to the construction of the new building the Administration and Engineering Departments were located on Anderson in Howland while the Billing
Department was housed in the Beal Building on Harmon Avenue in downtown Warren.
The new Sanitary Engineer's Building was designed by MS Consultants in Youngstown, Ohio. The one story structure was constructed so that a second floor
could be added for future expansion. A drive-thru payment window is also available to offer convenience to the public.
