he Trumbull County Covered Bridge, located in downtown Newton Falls,
is the only covered bridge remaining in Ohio. It has the distinction of being the only surviving covered bridge in Ohio
with an original covered sidewalk making it a well-known historical landmark.
The bridge is located in Newton Falls on Arlington St over East Branch Mahoning River off Ohio Rt 534 (East Broad St). The
117 feet bridge was built in 1831.
